Returns Policy

Modifications to your orders can only be made prior to packing, and a US$5 administrative fee applies for changes of mind or size exchanges. Should you opt to cancel your entire order, a USD$10 restocking fee will be applied. Please note, once an order has been packed and awaits courier collection in the cargo hold, we are no longer able to intercept, and our standard returns policy below will then apply.

If you are returning with an intent for an exchange, an admin fee of USD 3 per item will be applied.

If your order has been approved for returns, you may return most new, unopened items within 2 weeks of delivery for a refund of the product, less USD$10 restocking fee (excluding any shipping charges). All returns, exchanges, warranties are return to base whereas the buyer is responsible of all shipping back to our warehouse in United States - please make sure to contact us first for return instructions as unapproved returns will not be accepted.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, please contact us first and please do use a postal service with a tracking number as we cannot refund any products that don't make it back to us.

Our products come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Returns on orders with promotional discounts / free items

If your order included a promotional discount or free item, returns are subject to the following:
- Any free or promotional item must be returned with the qualifying item(s). If not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.
- If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotion, the promotional discount will be removed and the refund will be recalculated based on regular prices.
- The final refund amount may be lower than the original amount paid after promotional adjustments.
