Shipping & Returns

We offer delivery world wide shipping from our warehouses in Australia and Hong Kong dependent on stock availability and transit speeds.

Returns Policy

Modifications to your orders can only be made prior to packing, and a US$5 administrative fee applies for changes of mind or size exchanges. Should you opt to cancel your entire order, a US$10 restocking fee will be applied. Please note, once an order has been packed and awaits courier collection in the cargo hold, we are no longer able to intercept, and our standard returns policy below will then apply.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product, less US$10 restocking fee (excluding any shipping charges). All returns, exchanges, warranties are return to base whereas the buyer is responsible of all shipping back to our warehouse in Australia.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

, please contact us first and please do use a postal service with a tracking number as we cannot refund any products that don't make it back to us.

Our products come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Shipping 

We can ship worldwide excluding any countries that the postal services has suspended shipping for reasons out of our control such as restrictions of flights or suspension of imports and so on. Shipping options are outlined during the checkout process. 

We do ship internationally from our warehouse in Clifton Hill, Victoria, Australia or from our forwarder in Hong Kong. So please double check the import laws for your country as you may need to pay custom duties, VAT, tax and so on to your country. Please contact your local post office for more information. 

Tracking information:

We use a full range of couriers to achieve the most cost effective and efficient shipping to you. For complete ease of mind, we provide tracking for all of orders which is emailed to you upon dispatch and can also be found in the order section of your account. If you are having trouble, please feel free to contact us with your order number should you require any assistance with tracking. 

If for any reason you do not receive your order, please contact us within a month from dispatch date as many couriers do not investigate orders beyond this time limit. If it is marked as delivered but you have not received, please also contact your local postal office straight away to raise a claim or investigation and get them to send you a written correspondence so we can get our forwarder to follow up. Please also let us know straight away as well so we can also push for answers.
